“Working with Tracy was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. In the past eight months I had purchased not only my first but second home with Tracy. My story may be different than most, thankfully with Tracy's "never give up" personality getting me over the constant barrage of hurtles being thrown at me due to all the new and totally ridiculous laws and regulations there are now I would have given up and missed out on what I have now. I thought buying the first house was nerve racking but selling one and buying another and having them close at about the same time put my stomach in a hell of a knot. With countless looky loos and several canceled offers I seriously thought I was never going to sell my condo in time to even have a chance to accept the banks counter offer on my friend's short sale. “Tracy When we first started thinking about buying our first home we didn’t know where to start. We had been living in "City Lights" apartments and when we learned we were expecting our first child we decided that it was a good time to try to find a home. One morning we saw a flier on our apartment door with information about a real estate agent. We had received many of these before but something about this one stood out. We contacted Tracy and she responded immediately. She was very personable and easy to talk to. We told her that we were not ready to buy at that moment but that we would be in 3-4 months after our baby was born. Sure enough, she initiated contact with us at that time and the process began.
